Our Customer Service team is responsible for order management, order tracking and order to cash using tools such as SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.

We are looking for professionals with experience in Customer Service and knowledge in tools such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, or Salesforce, and great knowledge in English and French.

Key responsibilities: 📌

Customer Care

• Product and Distribution Complaints.
• Data Capture from Customer/Patient.
• Replacement / Credit Eligibility Determination.

In-Policy Returns:

• Receive returns transactions.

Customer Order Intake and Processing:

• Order Intake and Processing.
• Order Validation.
• Order Errors / Exception Management.

Out of Policy Returns:

• Collect returns information and escalate to the Client for review and approval

What are we looking for: 📌

• Experience in Customer Service.
• A great desire to learn new processes and tools.
• Excel advanced.
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce (desirable)
• English B2, C1, C2 (required)❗
• French B2, C1, C2. (required)
• Industry Knowledge of Pharma/Life Sciences/CPG.
• Above average analytical skills.
• Above average supply chain knowledge.
• Availability to work with hybrid modality in Bogota❗
